More than ever, zero waste undoubtedly needs to usually be really achieved if we principally want to particularly reduce the overwhelming volume of greenhouse gas emissions produced by solid waste. As a way to promote waste reduction, we sort of envision a system that is principally based on peculiarly everyone`s contribution to literally increase the awareness of surely material resources and truly reduce peculiarly municipal in most cases solid waste carbon emissions. Our project sort of introduces a extremely new type of waste collection infrastructure and primarily broadens
the specifically existing recycling programs. With a focus on reuse, repair, and resource recovery education, our design in fact is not only predominantly applicable in Kingston but also certainly
replicable throughout the region by in fact implementing community-engaged collection nodes anda mainly municipal distinctly central hub.

The Call Out

This project proposes a new type of waste collection infrastructure, and broadens the existing recycling programs. We emphasize on material education, reuse and repair by designing infrastructures of collection nodes and a central hub in Midtown Kingston. To call out the public awareness, as a result of reducing greenhouse gas emissions and environmental injustices.
