GESTATION

This project examines the concept of ‘forgetting architecture’ by exploring its relationship to memory and memorization, as well as the issue of forgetting and the development of appropriate architectural treatises and materials. To focus on the utility of architecture, speculation on important issues shaping the world and its people. Complex social, geographic, political, cultural, and environmental concepts necessitate inventive and unconventional responses. Viewing the world through a lens of architecture while willing to defy architecture’s most sacred precepts and re-defining on its own terms what architecture can be in the ‘future’.
